40 volunteers from 3 local churches worked tirelessly on Oct 19 to complete an estimated 3 weeks worth of painting in one day! Lyall Peacock Oval is one of the premiere sporting facilities on the western side of Lake Macquarie being home to the Macquarie Scorpions and Toronto Awaba football clubs. On Sunday 13th Oct 300+ people from C3 Church Victory went out after shortened services in the morning and the evening to serve across projects in partnership with Lake Macquarie City Council, Newcastle City Council, Windale Ruby League Club, Reading Cinema, Nobby’s Surf Club, Charlestown East PS and Amaroo Lodge.
